Iyengar yoga

Iyengar yoga is a powerful, refined form of yoga. This approach of yoga emphasizes the development of (inner) strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation. The asanas (postures), though appearing to be static, have subtle inner dynamics.

By the precise and physically challenging approach in this practise form the mind is brought to rest. At the end of each class, during the relaxation, a revitalizing process takes place.The quietness of the mind spreads throughout the body. That is why you will feel cheerful and full of energy after a yogaclass.



 

Beauty is the absence of a definite determined action. It is the freedom from enslavement to an already formed ideal, which drives us in a particular direction, and so eliminates all other possibilities of wandering along many challenging and sometimes dangerous roads. Beauty also allows us  the pleasure of discovery and the luxury of losing.
